A technical expertise is an analysis concerning the resistance and the stability of a concrete, brickwork, wooden (A1) and metal (A2) construction.
Technical expertise is solicited when intervention upon the structure of an existing building is about to take place (foundation, walls, floor, roof) or during the execution of a new construction without having building authorization or without having gathered the commission for determinant stages or protocols for hidden works.
Documents which are necessary for elaborating an expertise:
- Technical documentation that was used to execute the construction which is about to be submitted to expertise or ground survey (measurements), photographs and tests upon the materials used in the building process.
